Set too high on the excepectation

The location and staff are nice and friendly, hotel located very close to Siam paragon and Big C, Central World, just about walking distance. Was attending a conference here this time and stay upstairs. The price they charged was same as Another 5-star hotel in Bangkok, however the standard and the environment of the hotel has huge variance. I might have set too high expectation with InterCon.

Fantastic service and most comfortable bed
