Helpful Front Desk Staffs

I've a fall at a nearby restauran (walking distance). I'm managed to make my way back to the hotel. I ask the front desk staffs that I need some bruise cream. They saw my arm and unstable standing, they ask If they need to send me to the hospital. I told them I should be fine. They help me to my room as I can't walk properly. I'm very grateful to their help and patient. I'm sorry I didn't get to ask your names because I was in great pain. To the staffs that attend to me on 28th June 2019 at around 10:00 to 11:00pm. Please accept my belated sincere thank you.

Ok hotel that is starting to show its years
Temperature control of the airconditioner did not work leaving the room really icy.
