Overall Good but disappointed by some staffs attitude

We went there for my son birthday celebration and from starting to end i got surprisingly gifts and cake from friendly staff but in dining area some staffs attitude was very worse, i think they Thought Europians and Asians culture is same and their way of behaviour is differ with us and worst attitude because we are more concern in the respect, so if there is dis respect in one place means we just want to move off from that Place.So my gentle advice to staffs is Treat everyone is same and all are human beings and don’t think some people comes from Heaven and some people comes from Hell.Hope u get my point

Nice hotel and good breakfast
Standard Banyan tree performance. Breakfast was nice but not BTS around so only can use a taxi. 2 bedroom suite is nice but kind of old.
