Great hotel with free upgrade

Awesome hotel service, as they have always actively helped me with getting around by advising my taxi. The hotel counter staff was awesome to help me upgrade my room to a suite since I had only 1 night in Bangkok at no extra charge. It was a fantastic stay in Crowne Plaza
