Location, pool and service great. Food only OK

This is an impressive hotel. Great views over the water and the city. Rooms are big and well stocked. Staff are attentive. Swimming pool is large and shaded. A world class hotel. We live in Bangkok, and booked here as a staycation. Enjoyed it immensely. Only note is that the food was underwhelming, especially for the price. The food served by the pool was good but not great. The pizza and hamburgers at the riverside restaurant in the evening were low in flavour. Need more seasoning (or better ingredients). The buffet breakfast is expansive - but I have had better at other five star hotels. Lastly we tried the Sunday brunch. Lots of highlights here - the beef, seafood options (especially oysters) and cheese were amazing. But desert options limited and disappointing. We'll be back - but will eat dinner across the river at a competitor

Amazing hotel with amazing staffs

A beautiful hotel but not the best and overpriced
