The pool alone makes it worth it

It's one of the nicest pools I've ever seen and the setting, right along the river surrounded by tropical plants and trees, is pretty fantastic. Rooms are fine but a bit dated (technology in the rooms feels like late 90s/early 2000s) but the views are great. At $200+ a night, they are certainly not a bargain by Bangkok standards, even amount 5 stars, but worth the splurge for pool and location. Also, Mei Jing, their Chinese restaurant, has some of the best dim sum I've had anywhere in the world, and Thiptara, designed around an old wooden Thai house, with candlelit tables right on the river, is one of the most magical dining settings I've ever seen.

Amazing hotel with amazing staffs
