Enormous rooms, attentive staff. [NOTE - half of pool is closed until end of May 2019]

The rooms of this hotels are exceptional. They are are enormous, with space for a sitting area, work desk, walk in wardrobe and bathroom that fits two with space for more. Each room has an angled nook with long views over the river and city. Food is tasty - expensive - but lots of options and enjoyable flavours. Spa and Gym are extensive. Gym has steam and sauna, with plunge pool next door.
Big warning. Half the pool is closed for re- tiling until end of May. There is still a sizeable part of the pool open. But on busy days it gets hard to find an open deck chair. Especially if you have a group.
