good location , fantastic restaurants ,bad service and uncomfortable bed

i booked a family suit ( Siam Suit ) for 400 usd a day..we reached the hotel at around 12.30 pm there were people waiting for checking in the reception ,i reached the desk and the receptionist which was very polite and smiling lady told me please come with me to the executive floor for privet checking ,so we took the elevator up and set there waiting for the reception stuff to complete our booking..they too my passport and left us sitting for long time ..after ..it felt like air port checking ...then offered us a drink after our long drive from Hua Hin ,we were tiered and just wanted to get the room...guess what ..we were waiting and waiting ..the drink never came ...then after sometime they came back with my passport asked to sign here sign there...the suit was clean but you cant sleep on the bed ..as the mattress is so used that you dive 30cm and wake up with back pain..the mini bar was never refile everyday after we can back so tiered from shopping ...

Big rooms in a nice hotel in a good Location

Very beautiful, Staff perfect and fully loved the place.
The management is excellent. The staff are wonderful. The standard rooms are equal to deluxe or superior rooms in other Hotels. Expensive yes but I will return.
