Peaceful site but getting shabby

I booked as a single but was NOT offered the single room rate.A refund should be considered. Water supply needs some work ,water is very hard which makes washing difficult,taps are hard to operate or leak badly ,shower roses need cleaning.

Large natural area Resort

Old Building.
The Hotel are quite old and lack of maintainence. There are many insects such as centipede(small)cause from we stay on the ground level. Lighting in the room are not bright and also the power outlets ... อ่านต่อ

Once a good hotel
