Wonderful Hotel, Great Facilities, Central Location

The staff is amazing and the facilities are wonderful. The Pharoh Spa was excellent. I got the aroma jacuzzi, coffee body scrub, and aloe massage package and all of the treatments were great. The massage I got was one of the best I've ever had.
The hotel's location is pretty central to everything however if you are planning to spend most of your time at the beach then the beach located in front of the hotel is not that nice and I wouldn't recommend it.
However, we were able to rent a scooter and drive around the island to find better beaches for only 200 baht a day and it was worth it.

Very poor service

Really nice new design hotel with big rooms, friendly staff and good food

Lack of amenities
Lovely boutique hotel. All staff (except one in the pool bar) were a joy to deal with. The hotel could do with providing more amenities in the room, such as tooth brushes, razors etc.
