Thankyou to the Management at Chaweng Regent !

We had originally booked to stay here for 7 days based on the location which was close to everything and right on the beach . We love the beach and we swim daily but unfortunately the beach was terrible . You cannot swim there and if you choose to sunbathe , the view is dismal .
I contacted Agoda immediately and they we were very helpful , as were the Chaweng Regent Management who suggested we can move to their sister hotel The Melati Resort as opposed to a refund . Although this is not based in the same area its a 15 minute drive from Chaweng , the beach was much improved and swimmable the view was mesmerising and we decided to take up their offer . Thankyou to Chaweng Regent for accommodating our needs all we wanted was a beautiful beach and you delivered .

Great resort, great location, amazing view

Fantastic Visit Jan19
