a fair hotel

well though the hotel is quite nice but the staff seems not in the standard of an interional group hotel. as the day before i asked for the ice, they didnt mention for fee and said the ice was free of charge. then the next day i asked for that, they charged me for 50bhut. and sometimes i asked them about the info., they looked unsure wt i was talking about and i had to use very simple words or body language to communicate with them.
