Fake good place

I have extended twice my stay in Fair house beach for one day, and they make me change the rooms twice calling me at 8h30 am ( european jetlag... csn't sleep before 6 am) last time i have booked thru Agoda the same room for not changing the room,grand bungalow déluxe on the beach ( which id fine if you can afford It, but the Booking. Was just a grand bungalow, so we argue during hours, me showing my booking for grand bungalow déluxe and them showing réservation thru Booking.com for just grand bungalow. I said at the end how much in complement to stay in the room, and they said i have to do a new réservation because my booking was not refundable !!! They wanted to make me check in in grand bungalow that was not ready !!! Not professionnal at all . Time housekeeping came after 2 calls i Check in at 15h30, my day was done!
Regarding the Hotel in itself, the location is not so good, you are not in chaweng beach but small bay after, Where Waves and current are strong, impossible to have

Dated and expensive

Nice staff, rooms rundown
