Nice staff, rooms rundown

The beach is beautiful, the restaurant staff are lovely and the food anove par for a 3 star hotel. The grounds are pretty. But the hotel us quite rundown for the price we paid. Our room smelt of constant sewage and everytime we flushed the toilet, the water came up through the tiles. They did fix it, but you could still smell the sewage. The shower didnt drain and so you were showering in ankle deep water everytime you showered. The lady who is second in charge and works in reception us an absolutely horrible human! We are not fussy and didnt make a huge deal over the bathroom at all, so i am not exxagerrating, but she is unprofessional and rude. We arrived late at night with two young children and there was some confusion with the bedding configuration with rhe hotel and agoda. Instead of just putting my young kids into a room for rhe night, she just kept sayimg no and not helping us with a solution. Just turning us away. She is the bloody manager, sort something out! disappointed!!

Good hotel, perfect beach!

Large complex, nice but not quite a 4*
