Best Beach, poor english

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The beach is very good and the hotel has a good location with 10-15 minutes to central chaweng. The wifi connection was good but the staff is very poor in English. They are not so service-minded at the reception, specially when it comes to prolong the room the last day. Really old TV and bad TV reception and they really need to change the bed in the rooms.
