Looks lovely on outside but has lots of downside

service from staff very poor, we were with a large group and it was very sad that the management were so non attentive. the hotel etc although nice on the outside was a bit tired and run down. our rooms were good size but could have done with updating and painting. would not have stayed there to be honest but we were with a wedding party. it was too quiet tooo far from any real nightlife and shops. was not worth what we paid for the week. staff could do with more training and need to smile and appear a little happier in their work. have visited samui many times the fair house was my least favourite hotel stay. i'm sorry to say.

Great resort, beautiful quiet beach
room was older but knew this when booking. room was on two levels with steep stairs and also stairs in bathroom so request room with no stairs if you are less mobile. clean, cheap and generally good... อ่านต่อ

Dissappointing accommodation and service.

Poor accommodation and service.
the standard of the room did not reflect what i had paid for. it was dark and dirty. set too far back in trees which makes it dark with not much natural light. it is a hike up the hill to get to recep... อ่านต่อ

Nice hotel, but noisy construction of neigbhor
