Cleanliness and Facilities improvement required

I've been many different InterCon locations, but I would say that I'm really disappointed with InterCon Koh Samui. There's cleanliness problem, for example; smelly in the toilet, mold stains on the shower ceiling, dirty bed canopy and most of all next morning we found live cockroach on the floor beside bed. Moreover, facility in the room is malfunction, electricity cut at almost midnight then we need to call technician to inspect it and also Air-con works quite slow to get the room colder. Although staffs were helpful and tried to offer us to change the room, but that time is quite late and we were too tired to move. Lastly, most of staffs are nice and helpful, but we're asked to wait for check-out with no any further notice after first inform until we asked them back for the process. I hope my constructive feedback might help you to improve high level of service in the future.
