under construction
After checked in and went to the bungalow we just went back to the reception to cancel our stay at this resort. Every place was on construction. It was impossible to stay there. Everywhere trash and things for construction. Almost no lights at night.
Absolutely impossible to stay there. We really don't understand why this resort is open while total constructions.
Almost all guests left suddenly when they saw the conditions. We were not the only one. I just saw one bungalow which was busy. I cannot belive that guests accepted that I even wouldn't stay there if it's for free.
But luckily the hotel offered all guests who complained to move to another resort near there.
The other resort was great. We got a great bungalow next to the pool/beach and we didn't have to pay.
The staff of the resort know that it's impossible to stay in this resort. So they care us. It's just a no go for the management for the decision to let the resort open while the big renovation.
This resort will get a lot of bad review because of that. The good score will go down. Not a good start for the resort after the renovation.
