cold food, bad food, or the food was finished


My son had to go to the hospital, he was very il, in the hospital there were 4 people more, who were also sick from the food in the hotel that night and day.I won't stay 1 day longer in Paradise beach resort, we have 2 nights there and the other 3 nights, we would get refund of my reservation, told the frontdesk manager Mrs Rath. we leave the hotel directly when we came from the hospital. I hope you understand that the refund of the hotel, we promise by the hotel, we get it back from agoda. thank you for your help, greetings Patricia Eichholtz.

Poorly managed and very run down

Quiet hotel with nice pool but moderate food
This hotel is ok but no better than that. You are greeted by a list of rules and suggested "do's and donts" when in Thailand and in hotel ! Rooms are fine, nice pool and spa. Food nothing special and... อ่านต่อ

Restaurant is not good
The restaurant serves slow and the dishes gets cold when it comes. The staff is not flexible.
