Stay in Samui

Very nice hotel but: - The main swimming pool was closed as out of order (for over a month!) - The second swimming pool was open but also out of order, no circulation so no filtration - Internet only working 50% of the time in the bedroom - Phone out of order

Great location but slowly deteriorating hotel.
Hotel has the best bay view in Koh Samui. But lack of proper maintenance is going to kill the hotel unless checked. For example sauna has a nearly broken bench, steam room has no lights, gym is dys... อ่านต่อ

Nice Hotel but poor air conditioning !

Management and staff are terrible...
I am staying here don't be fooled by the pictures on the website i think they are taken on the day they opened the hotel!! Again view is really nice but thats given by mother nature... The rest is not... อ่านต่อ
