Relaxing stay

Samui Palm beach resort is amazingly located on one of the most beautiful and peaceful beach of bophut. The hotel has a special feel about the place. The rooms were nice and spacious attached with Big sized bathrooms which were adequately stocked. One of the unique thing abt the hotel was in house bakery and library with goof collection for book lovers. The pool side space was beautifully furnished. The best part is the pool (and beach) side bar and the beautiful Beach. I would definately recomend to anyone wanting to have a relaxing vacation.

One thing that hotel needs to improve on is the check-in process. It seems that they have fewer people at the reception to handle the check-in. There was only 1 other couple checking-in beside us but receptionist almost took 20-30 mins to get us checked-in.
Secondly, Internet access is not enabled in the room. One has to come down to the library area for accessing the Internet which was sort of an issues especially during the night.

Such a wonderful place to visit!

Great hotel but not all rooms are nice

Great location, older villas in need of update
