Disapointed stay after excellent first stay

in 2017 excellent service. In May 2019 disapointed. Pool villa fantastic, but some facilities there need first to be reclameted as missing sun umbrella at the pool, not working jaccuzzi function of private pool, not working light in shower room and frogs within showerroom. After reclamation fast fixing but should be better checked before customer arrives. Breakfast offer very low compared to 2017. Restaurant service low - made reservation at beach restaurant but our table was not abailable so get another table farer away, sitting and waiting there 20 minutes and not get served. We left then and go to another restaurant outside of the hotel. Management excused for this wirh a free bottle of wine to the room. It‘s fine but with counting everything together, thats not what we expect from a 5-star hotel for 400€ per night. It s a pitty as we came to Samui because of the excellent service and experience we had 2 years ago.
