Smelly rooms

This place is a top notch facility except the cleaning staff does not know how to clean. Bathrooms smell like pee and they're having a problem with mold and not using the right products to kill it. The Myanmar cleaning staff thinks that deodorizer will fix the problem. Watched them just spray the showers and bathroom and not clean anything. You've got a great Hotel just clean the rooms proper.

Sucks staff !!!

Value for money but the hotel is not near to the Koh Tao lively beach

Stay away!!
Lots of commando Mosquitoes at the reception area. Suppose to check out at 5am to leave for the pier, recep said they will be their to help us check out and book a taxi. Waited till 520am but no one... อ่านต่อ
