Ok hotel but far from the beach- stay at the W

It was an ok stay upon arrival but there was a mistake with our room right away which was taken care off only because I was very determined. We had some incidents in the restaurant that included rather large bugs in the food. They did try to take care off us by offering massages but we were at the end of our trip so we couldn't even take advantage of them. We also overheard another couple receiving massages as well- seems to be a common practice to hand out massages for mistakes. The only thing you have to make sure of that you have enough staff to attend to these massages!!!!! The W hotel is amazing and highly recommendable!!!!!!

Good for yoga, nice staff, but overpriced
Pros are the pool and the detox programme, albeit I think the programme is vastly overpriced for what it is. The yoga classes were also good. The nutritionist was also very knowledgeable. Negatives ... อ่านต่อ

Nice hotel but service was not good
Services/responses were not good. During my stay, due to massive rains, the electronic supplies were stopped and hot water/shower couldn't be used. The resort is especially for Yoga and detox so hot s... อ่านต่อ

The staff are very nice here and they do their best to accommodate the guests. That was a very nice feature of staying here. This is not a place to stay if you want to relax in the room or on the balc... อ่านต่อ
