Exceptional Hotel - Gorgeous, tranquil, impecable customer service

Possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed at - a lush, jungly retreat from crazy Bangkok. The grounds are green, bursting with sweet-smelling flowers and plants, and stunning. The staff are incredibly accommodating and the attention to detail is insane - we arrived in a rain storm and someone came out to our taxi with a huge umbrella to escort us in. We also had a midnight flight the day we checked out, and the hotel let us use an extra room to shower and clean up before leaving, hours after checkout. The food was amazing, the rooms were GORGEOUS and luxurious, and really everything about the hotel was expertly thought out. I would highly, highly recommend.
