Hotel service is terrible

Hotel facilities are good as well as the room but very poor service.
First, we arrived at 3pm and room is not ready till 5pm.
Second, Service in their restaurant is very slow which I ordered food and coffee. Coffee arrive in 10 mins but food took an hour and I had to cancelled it
Then, I Tried to call 3 times to get bottle opener and reception just put me on hold. end up Reception shouting at you over the phone.
The other problem is they refused to provide extra bottle of water which is rare for 5 star hotel
Charge 50 thb for each glass of ice also charge thb 2000 for key card if you lost it. Feel like they are Trying to get your money from here and there without advance notice. Good value but be careful with their staff
