Room was not as discussed

Bungalow was not the one we booked- despite me having proof in an email thread they still refused to believe me. Room we were offered was very old and shabby. One might call it a shed. When I asked to changed to the one we booked we were told they had no idea who I had been emailing but it wasn’t holiday inn. Interestingly the same phantom emailer successfully managed to send a speed boat transfer for us from phucket airport. Not one person seemed interested in the slightest with sorting it out - we were on our anniversary.
It took 6 hours for them to agree to change us. At a cost to us of £70 extra per night. The room they moved us too was wonderful- and beach front ( not what we booked as it was a very expensive room) but we paid the extra and got on with our holiday. Location best in the world Holiday in front of house team...needs work

Best Resort on Phi Phi Islands !!!

Quite and peaceful place, good beach, far away from city Life
