awesome!! (but upgrade your room)

Great place to stay, away from the insanity if you need a quiet beach break. check the weather before you go... not a lot to do if it's raining. The tractor was a novel way to deal with the beach, good fun :)
note the standard rooms are far from the beach/lobby/food/everything... worth upgrading to one of the superior cottages.
