Really bad service

The hotel doesn't coordinate with the boat shuttle services. We arrived at 5pm (too the 2pm ferry from Phuket) but since we arrived "late" we had to pay 1200baht taxi boat to get to the resort, which is really far from the town.
To go to town is not simple. Either you take taxi boat for 1200baht or take the shuttle boat service, which costs 200baht per person per way and Only 4 times a day at 7am and last one is at 4pm. So forget partying at night.
I booked the delux room (3rd category) up. When I finally arrived to the hotel they bs me that they upgraded my room - to a room the same size and the same photos as I paid for.
Breakfast and food are mediocre at best, and way overpriced.

Excellent place but needs a bit renovation
