Great service in Calm surroundings

We had a great stay, went snorkeling and took massages everyday - basically it s for decompressing and staying away from the partying crowd . We enjoyed the unhurried but friendly and efficient service . There are more luxurious hotels on this part of the island and we walked over there for lunch - but we preferred natural resort as it felt more authentic and relaxing - it could improve the beach furniture and umbrellas though

Really bad service
The hotel doesn't coordinate with the boat shuttle services. We arrived at 5pm (too the 2pm ferry from Phuket) but since we arrived "late" we had to pay 1200baht taxi boat to get to the resort, which ... อ่านต่อ
