Good hub for exploring Chaweng

Stayed for a few nights with my niece. The location was extremely convenient for exploring Chaweng beach, as well as the restaurants and nightlife nearby. The hotel itself was clean and the facilities were good. Compared to other places I have stayed at in Thailand (I've lived in Thailand for the past two years) it was slightly overpriced for what it is. Though depending on what you're looking for, and considering the prices on Samui it is good value for money.
