(Near) faultless

This was our third stay at Banyan Tree Phuket, which says something in itself; it really is almost perfect. The only let-downs were around room services: cleaning was done very late in the day and some basics such as mosquito repellent weren't replaced. Also, the 'Sands' restaurant listed in the in-room dining guide hasn't existed for a decade, apparently - surely this could be updated? Other than that, this is an outstanding place where the staff will do anything they can to help.

Excellent service
