Paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1

Check in late at midnight (booked 2 rooms for 2 nights) and was served by the bell boy (yes I wrote it correctly) and when he could't locate my booking (which I had emailed it to him too) he had to wake up the actual front office personnel whom was sleeping at the counter, it was a big mistake as he was so unhappy. After he too told me couldn't locate my booking, he said there was no rooms for me. So i told him to use my credit card to pay it if by tomorrow still couldn't find my booking. After an hour past 1 am, we were finally given rooms. We were so unhappy we only stayed a night even though fully paid for 2.
