Such a bad experience

it such a bad experience for me to get in to the 4 or 5 stars hotel and facing with the bad service. you should know that with no tip offer their employee especially the room service, bell and guard would not help you or service you. they know not things about service mind or friendliness. it such a pity that Centara villa Phuket is a best view hotel but for their service i would not go back their again
