Not suitable with infant

My husband and I and our infant arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the friendly staffs. At first the staff insisted that our room is not available for early check in, however after seeing our baby is falling asleep, they allow us to check in earlier. They do have baby cot available for infant as we requested one from them. Everything seems ok till we wanted to bath our baby at night, the tap, the shower head and rain shower at the bath tub all produced very yellowish brown color water! The rain shower is rusty. We talked to the staff and the only recommendation they gave us is to allow the water to run for 10 to 20mins to purged out the yellowish brown color water every time we want to use so that we can have clear water to bath. Without much choice we follow their instruction. They have shutter bus to patong BUT there is only 2 timing. One at 10am one at 4pm (their local time), and there is NO shutter bus back to the villa, thus you have to find your own transport back at 300 bht. From the villa to the beach is a 7 to10mins walk depending on how fast u walk. And the path to the beach is not suitable for family with infant as the steps are steep. Maybe not suitable to young children too. My husband and I both agree this villa is suitable for couple only, who prefers a quiet place to spend their holiday however not with infant/children. When we dine at their restaurant, to my horror, the baby chair at the cliff restaurant is so dirty that after i used around 20 pieces of wet tissue to wipe it, it is still NOT clean, i give up wiping the chair. The baby chair at the bay view restaurant is clean. We visited both restaurants for our lunch and the food is normal. So i will not recommend this villa for family traveling with infant. Otherwise it is ok.
