Disappointed

We travelled with a baby so we booked Holiday Inn because of its location and reviews.We planned to spend most of our time in the resort.Unfortunately we were disappointed. The pros and cons:
PROS:
1. Good location.
2. Great staff who politely address any issue.
CONS:
1. It's a very old hotel in dire need of renovation.
2. It's dimly lit! By 7:00 everything including the rooms, hallways, pool are so dark, it's depressing.
3. We booked a King Superior but this room ws really bad.Old and rusted.We saw another room and it ws same.They gave us a free upgrade and the new room ws much better. There shouldn't be so much difference in quality considering the price.
4. There aren't many facilities or space and most areas were closed fr renovation.
5. The general cleanliness is not great.The rooms r dusty and sheets r not that clean.
6. The kettle had issues the last day which ruined our water and they took so long to replace it.Our baby had an upset stomach because of this water.

Better ask more detail before booking villa room
My kids already 18 yrs of age coming July & the Hotel staff told us that she is prohibited to enter the villa due to under age. Yet I can see other villa occupants bought their 2-3 yrs old kids. What... อ่านต่อ

Absolute perfection

Amazing hotel
Kids love the kids club facilities and all the kids activities in the pool. Amazing breakfast. Near to beach and easy to find food. The resto Terrazo is amazing.
