Terrible

I’ve been to this hotel many times but this time it was a nightmare. We had booked 3 rooms for 9 nights. Rooms were stinky and too much noises during the night. Not a family hotel anymore. The Busakorn section is under renovation therefore there was only one swimming pool which was terrible crowded at all times and the gym wasn’t shut too. They should have informed the quests in advances The breakfast quality has also gone down. I am never going back to Holidayinn
