Great stay in Samui - Family friendly, love the staff

Pros - Super clean rooms and bedding. I'm a clean freak and did not have a single issue with the cleanliness of this hotel. - love the staff!!! Everyone was super friendly and genuine. Concierge didn't pressure you to buy any tours. Upcoming weather indicate chances of rain. Staff recommended not to book. She was right!! - Tons of restaurants, shops, massage parlors, money exchange within walking distance (minutes). Very convenient. - Good size infiniti pool. Not huge but not tiny either. Pool overlooks beach. Great view!
Cons - Beach was not nice. Water was not very clear (muddy look). Lots of seaweed although they did a good job trying to clean it every morning. Maybe I'm spoiled from the pristine Caribbean waters. - Mosquitoes. More of a con in general. Not the hotel. Hotel did a great job spraying mosquito repellent in your rooms every evening. - only one restaurant. Not a big deal since we ate out alot. - pricey food/drinks compared to outside.

Room Cleaning standard is very low~

Great place

5 stars all round
We stayed here for three nights as part of our honey moon. Immediately we were upgraded rooms to a villa which was amazing!!! The staff are really helpful and we're happy to help with excursions etc... อ่านต่อ
