Horrible experience... cannot order room service for 1 hour

Asked for extra blanked and inside the blanked was a sharp piece of glass. Obviously the manager is not in control of this place. They held our credit card and passports for over 2 hours. Why is that? They should return it right away.

Room Cleaning standard is very low~

5 stars all round
