good location of the hotel

we came back to this hotel because first time from our booking, they moved us to other sister hotel. since we check in, the performance of the bellman was so so. We walked to the room without any information from the bellman. we booked jacuzzi room, the room was smaller then what we thought and the jaguzzi tube is in front of the villa, means all the guest can walk pass our room. (not privacy at all) At the night time, no light in front of the room and we need to use the light from our mobile phone. The step in the room so easy to get the accidents. The mattres very hard.
