Thoughts to improve for the managment

The hotel has only one restaurant that was of a high standard. But on the second night of a 4 night stay, the restaurant was closed for residents. We were advised this at 6pm after being out of the hotel all day. Front desk simply said sorry there is a group party fully occupying the restaurant,,,,, you have to eat outside the hotel... Management must have know well in advance but did not advise residents earlier in the day ??? This is a bit inconvenient as the hotel is 50kms out of the city of buriram. Typically 5 star hotels have additional facilities for parties, but apparently not in Lamour.

Good hotel in Buriram
This hotel is quite nice. The room is big, balcony facing the big pond. The staffs are good.
