the bool ist the best, but cleanliness is bad

the pool is really huge, and beautiful, you can swim for a long time there. Everything looks really nice. The cleanliness of the room was bad after I entered into the room, there were long hairs on the floor, I had to call to clean it, they clean only that part of the floor for 2 minutes, and no apologies from anybody.
