I have stayed here twice a lovely hotel very helpful staff rooms are beautiful and kept clean nice pool and nice breakfast all in all a very pleasant stay and I will book this again when back in Chiang Mai later in the year

A lovely hotel, beautiful rooms and a great pool. Also fantastic value for money is the breakfast and it's great for kids. Location is also good if you want to be a little out of the old city.

Good value for money but staff needs to be trained
Had a few arguments with the staff because our either rooms were not 100% prepared, then we had 40 minutes to wait for the food. But people are trying, and they are friendly. Just need a bit more trai... อ่านต่อ

Loved the ambience and character of the resort.
Staff though friendly, could be better trained. Overall had a pleasant stay.

Hotel is nice. Guest room is very comfortable but location is not so convenient. However hotel provide a complimetary shuttle to Nimman
