Nice place to stay!

First off, you'll need a motorbike if you plan on staying here. Not terribly far from downtown Pai but enough to where you'll need your own transportation. Accommodations were massive! You basically get a stand alone studio apartment to yourself. They're not the most modern places (probably built 15-20 years ago) but you're in Pai...The photos are very accurate. Kitchen itself has no utensils or gas for the stove top for that matter. There is a hot water heater, large fridge, 2 mugs, 2 glass and 2 wine glasses in each room. Bathroom is large, hot water works well and the Wifi picked up surprisingly well all over the property. Property itself is covered in a very well manicured garden. We loved the stay here and booked an additional night! Really great value for your money!

Great little bungalow in Pai

Very comfortable, facilities need some improvement
