The rooms are spacious and very clean. The corridors are not air-conditioned though, so with the summer heat, waiting for the lift can be quite uncomfortable. All the staff we met were super helpful and friendly. It's a great location for duty free shopping and local eats as well.

Hotel should be black out ready
Hotels are meant to have absolute convinience for guests. Having no electricity for 3hours straight without even an apology is pushing it! Specially when the blackout happens during midnight to 3am!! ... อ่านต่อ
