Nice room with AC and good breakfast but too many mosquitoes

We booked this place because it had a nice garden. However, there was a big swamp right next to the property and way too many mosquitoes to hang out. The breakfast was buffet style and had a good variety. The staff was very friendly and eager to help but their English is pretty limited so it was difficult to communicate. The manager speaks better English and he offered to drive us to the New City after checkout, but the next morning a tuk tuk driver picked us up instead, who charged twice as much as what we were told by the manager. The room was clean and the separate shower/toilet was nice.

The only good thing about this hotel is location
