the man in night shift is very bad. no scales for guest

I think it not good for the hotel in wholesale market but no scales for guest. I ask for many time they say they will bring me a scale but untill i check out in tomorow still nothing. I have to pay extra kg in the airport. The rooms are clean and new. With free water in lobby but no refrigerator I used to be there many time. I think Staffs are good. Except the boy in the night shift. He never and never give any 1 smile. Eventhoug never want to talk with guest. His attitude like to be not respected of the guest. Like shit I will return if they. Clean room and good location

Not really value for money!! Cause the hotel serve the MOULDY bread and biscuit to the customer and the bread in packaging also reach the date of expire!! Besides, the toilet is very very very SMELLY!... อ่านต่อ
