Clean, well facilitated, lack of parking lots

The hotel is well located, just 1 min walk from Lee Garden Plaza.
Check in took a bit of time (10mins), because they still fill in forms manually. Like every hotel, they will ask for the passport as deposit, which is a WRONG procedure, because passport is the identification document of the traveler in a foreign country. However you don't have to place your passport as deposit if you put 1k thb as refundable deposit. Staff who could speak mandarin/hokkien or english are more friendly, will usually greet guests with smile. The rest hardly will smile even when the guest walk in and out of the lobby.
Was placed on the 15th floor with a great view. The room is well facilitated with smart tv, fridge, hot shower & tub and hair dryer. There are drinks in the fridge which you have to pay to drink. However the housekeeping wont touch whatever else you put in it.
No rubbish bin on walkway of each floor. Should put one.

Unacceptable Smoke Smell
