room is too noisy

i live on the 9th floor room 916,when i need to rest at 12.00 in the evening,i heard the loud noises and conversations in the next room like karaoke room.i don't dare to go to stay in this kind of hotel againt n forever.

Breakfast not good. I called and was told buffet breakfast but was given ala carte instead
