Disappointed : Booked room for 4 but got room for 2

I have booked room for 4 (family room) but got room for 2 (staff said i have selected 2guest in details) and they have sold out room for 4
So they put 2 mattress on the floor in room for 2 for my family
Disappointed

Great service, beautiful spacious rooms
Staff are super friendly and helpful. Small pool but clean. Celebrating my daughter birthday and the staff put a candle on the normal piece of cake we ordered without us telling them. Nice touch!

Relax and cozy place to stay

Really nice
We got un upgrade for a Nice and Large bungalow suite. Very quiet except the frogs At night. Good food and kind not Englishman speaking staff.
